He attended Conservatorio Superior de Música de Tenerife for elemental studies and then moved temporarily to Barcelona to study at Taller de Musics and ESMUC, with improvisation and jazz teachers such as Mathew Simon, Eladio Reinón, Joan Monné and others. He also participated in master classes of jazz greats like Bob Mintzer, David Liebman, Joe Magnarelli, Perico Sambeat, Avishai Cohen and private instruction with other musicians.
He has played in several jazz festivals in Spain like Getxo, Lugo, Terrassa, Barcelona, Madrid, Gijón and Canarias, and also in Berlin. He also colaborates with the Big Band de Canarias playing in several venues with famous musicians like Dick Oatts or Gerardo Núñez. He has also played alongside reknowned spanish jazz musicians such as Perico Sambeat, Enrique Oliver or Ernesto Aurignac, and also american free jazz legend Joe Morris.
He features in two recordings for Fresh Sound Records with Ramón Díaz Group, aswell as pianist David Quevedo´s recordings and some of Kike Perdomo´s productions.
He currently teaches trumpet and is co-creator of BitterBiscuit, a contemporary music ensemble based in Canary Islands, along with freelancing with different musicians and jazz oriented bands in the area.
