Electric Bass and double bass

In 1988, at the age of 14, he started to play the bass as an autodidact and at 16 he formed his first band called “Krisis Reggae”. Later he became interested in different styles of music such as Bossa, Rock, Jazz, etc. and formed a jazz-funk sextet “Jazz´ta”. From that time on he became more interested in jazz and its derivatives and started receiving classes from different musicians, based in the Canary islands, such as Jesús González ”Pingüino” Guillermo Chaves, Augusto Báez and Felu Morales. He joined other bands of different music styles while studying Biology at La Laguna University. In the last 10 years he has been part of different bands like Manescau Latin Quartet, Beatriz Alonso Quartet, Chôro Chobulé and some more.
